Paj, to prevent your cutting board from moving around when you are slicing is to take a slightly damp paper towel and place it under the cutting board. That XXL portion is unhealthy for you! You keep eating huge portions of carbs and soon you WILL become diabetic (muaj ntshav qabzib). Nobody should be eating that much carbs if they are not seriously burning at least an extra 1000 calories (equivalent to at least 1.5-2 hours of running) a day on top of whatever daily activities/chores they do! Pleeeease care about your health.

You guys need to implement more veggies daily in your meals, such as salad, steamed broccoli, and carrots. Replace rice with coutous and quinoa. Nathan doesn't help you cook so you are in charge of what to cook. You should cook more healthy food and if Nathan whine than let him. Tell him, "you eat what I could or starve. Or you cook for yourself." If he order food, remind him annoyingly how expensive food delivery are.
