I like Melissa's point because I know I do it to my partner 😅 I do the cooking in our house but the odd time he'll cook for me and I'm always hovering making sure he is doing things right or not messing with my kitchen, so it's definitely our version of mansplaining to some degree.
Something to be mindful about…. That person could be on the Spectrum. It’s just how their brain is wired. So it does come off as being a ‘know it all’
