Yo, Jaccy is insane! Corner pressure like a straight jacket, but they appear to have block mapped to drive rush. If they could clean up the neutral a bit they’d be unstoppable.

It’s because it gives you install
You get a permanent damage buff after you use it. It shouldn’t be stronger than it already is.

Most Super 3 attacks in this game do the same damage. Kimberly’s does a standard 4000/4500 damage. “Install” is a term used to describe a buff in a fighting game. Another example of an install would be Juri’s Super 2.
