Currently downgrade software version is a perfect solution but u can try these steps if u are facing same problem.
After that try upper video method do these steps:
1.Open settings
2.Click on about phone
3.Open software update menu
4.click on 3 dots (appears on right upper side)
5.Click on Download Latest Package
6.Install latest package after successfully downloaded
7.factory reset again
Sir, what can i do to make all the recent apps in my phone still exist after i wipe all datas?
delete all datas is not a solution, how to save all datas before??

J’ai un problème !!! Mon téléphone ne redémarre plus ! J’ai appuyer sur redémarrer ou je ne sais quoi et ensuite je suis tomber là dessus ,dans le mail menu. J’ai essayer « reboot » pendant 4h et ça fait maintenant plus de 5h que mon téléphone ne se rallume pas. Il reste bloquer et ne veux plus s’ouvrir.c’est une boucle interminable entre redémarrage et le matin menu . S’il vous plaît , HELP ME PLZZ

I wiped data, it worked. But after installing some other apps, the same problem appears again.
So every time we need to wipe data?
Please go to settings-about phone-software update-click on 3 dots (upper right side show)-download latest package-after these steps try to use ur phone normally

Is there any other way that the data can be saved? Facing reboot issue all of sudden while I was using the phone. Stuck on MI logo and it's not going further.. Tried all options except wipe data option. Pls help
