Try factory reset of the phone
Press the volume plus power button and hold few seconds.

Solution - press and hold volume down button and power button to force shutdown the phone. If the issue continues even after turning it back, it is likely a Hardware problem

Green screen display damage ka soochna he....ek kam karo, 4 din phly kya kam karna mem phone band huwa tha, vo bhir se karo or dekhna ki issue bhir se hota or nahi. Bhir se hota tho service center jana or free replacement mangna

I just brought last week new redmi 12 pro when switching on phone I got Green screen
You have to try force restart by pressing and holding volume down button and power button. If the phone still have green screen, then you should claim warranty.
