Timing of an Electric Kettle 1/2

This is the first of two videos in which I set up experiments to time the boiling of water in an electric kettle. I show a dynamic graph of the results of the first of three experiments in which the water starts at 18 degrees and finishes at 100 degrees. In the second video you will see that I start these experiments with the water initially at 33 degrees and I put a set amount of water in the kettles both times.
