- A medical report of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal has revealed bruises on her face and leg after she was allegedly assaulted by Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar at the Chief Minister's residence on May 13. As per the report by the Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre at AIIMS, Delhi, Maliwal sustained injuries to four parts of her body, including her left leg and below the right eye.

You need to put subtitles in English for any language other than English including Hindi. That’s expected from an English Channel.
One simple thing everybody seem to miss. Did anybody check the complete footage from AK's house? Was it tampered with? That itself will prove that there was something wrong. If not then let the public be shown the footage.
Why release only part cctv footages. Release the whole footage! If Swati has given false statement let the court take action against her. Now it is learnt that cctv footages have been deleted. That clearly shows the intent of AAP.

Wrestlers & international players sat in and protested at Jantar Mantar for weeks, to arrest Brij bhushan,MP and Wrestling Chief,still police didn't file an FIR. Delhi police didn't act against him, and court had to intervene,that too only recently..after so many months!! And still he is free. He is campaigning for his son!!
Here there is descripency in the assault on Swati Maliwal. And whole thing looks mysterious..still Delhi police acts so fast...and non bailable offence is going to indict. Isn't it more applicable to Brij Bhushan? Still he is roaming free,after committing a sexual assault, including POCSO!!

Swati Maliwal tried to force her way into the CM's residence and Bibhav Kumar might have physically stopped her. Swati then "screamed " and made false allegations against Bibhav. Video evidence is very clear: see her brisk walk on May 13 versus her phony limping on May 17. Swati should be given exemplary punishment for trying to falsely implicate Bibhav and get him jailed.
@sradhakar1 you see what you want to see. Did you see that the securipunchedty guards held her arms when they escorted her out of the building. Also the Magic CCTV did not capture the bruises under her clothing and 'pelvis. Maybe the Missing footage would have shown how she was punched and kicked. Who had access to the CCTV in Kerjiwal's house? Did you see the medical report?
@DavidDLalsa The medical report will not stand in a court of law because the checkup was done 4 days after the alleged assault. Why did Swati Maliwal refuse to do the medical checkup on the same day when asked by the police? AAP claims there is no missing footage. In any case police should have seized the cctv footage immediately after Swati's complaint. Leaking fake news to godi media will not help the police case.
It is high time that the suggestion made by SC advocate Ashwini Updhyay to urgently bring about changes in the Criminal Laws to permit the use of using truth serum to get information from non-cooperative criminals including so many politicians and their chelas who are involved in huge financial and other scams.
