- Arvind Kejriwal's aide and AAP MP Swati Maliwal have filed cases against each other with both accusing the other of abuse. Swati Maliwal first filed a case claiming that she was beaten and abused by Bibhav Kumar, the secretary to Mr Kejriwal, when she visited the Delhi Chief Minister's residence.
In a counter FIR, Mr Kumar has alleged that Swati Maliwal entered Mr Kejriwal's residence without permission or an appointment.

Motive seems to KEEP PEOPLE CONFUSED - These type of drama always puts in a back and keeps one thinking. It seems Kejriwal is trying to act too smart. Trying to connect dots:
1. CM getting arrested in LIQUOR SCAM
2. SANJAY SINGH GET RELEASED.
3. CM gets released on bail
4. Swati Mahiwal returns and is trying to meet with CM
5. Swati Mahiwal gets assaulted
6. Sanjay singh comes out and openly gives a press conference with a statement condemning Swati's assault by Vibhav Kumar
7. Swati Mahiwal files FIR
8. Vibhav kumar files a case too
9. Athishi comes from no where and gives a press conference and blames BJP bringing in a POLITICAL angle to this overall drama. Blames Swati aand charges her as an agent of BJP and projects Vaibhav to be innocent. In this she also justifies Sanjay singh's statement to be onsided.
10. Raghav Chadha returns from abroad now, what more drama to come
11. Kejriwal goes for campaign and Akhilesh gives a statement that there is more important things to be done then taking up Swati related questions in this campaign.
12 And now Kejriwal too is giving press conference trying to point finger on BJP as if it is all there strategy.
What do they wish to do:
1. Are they trying to divert the attention from the LIQOUR SCAM
2. Are they planning to CONFUSE the COMMAN MAN
3. Halt the focus from DEVELOPMENT and move toward age old tactics of APPEASMENT and FREEBIES
4. Support all illegal activities by overshadowing with all types of misguiding NARRATIVES
5. Any more Drama tactics will be displayed
A party with so much confusion and alignment issue with no vision for future of India trying to play mere POLITICS and does not have any respect for WOMEN and GENERAL PEOPLE'S AGAINST DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA?

When you get hit or bruised it really takes a bit of time to really take effect... These blokes do not quite get how long it takes for the blood clot to form the bruise. The pain to set in. It gets worse the day after... The same goes for Whiplash... when are in a car accident, you think your are fine but a day or two later your neck starts hurting. I find it laughable...
Muscle pain either by workout or beaten up by someone else starts only after 12 or 24 hours. Basic understanding is needed before commenting about Maliwal limping.
Immediately after injury condition doesn't worsens. Be it sprained injury etc. It is after day or two swelling appears pain increases. As such she has to bravely stand on her feet to go from there as no one was emotionally with her.

One thing AAP shd understand as they claimed, immediately after any minor internal injury happened, no one feel inflammation or pain. This appears only after few hours or next day morning.
