مجھ سے خدمت کے قدسی کہیں ہاں رضاؔ
وہ رضــــا اعلٰحضرت بریلی کے شاہ
ڈال دی قلب میں عظمتِ مصطفےٰ
سیدی اعلٰحضرت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
ہم یہاں سے پکاریں وہ مدینے سنیں
ان کی اعلیٰ سماعت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
مصطفےٰ جانِ رحمت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
شمع بزمٍ ھدایت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
کاش محشر میں جب ان کی آمد ہو اور
بھیجیں سب ان کی شوکت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
مصطفےٰ جانِ رحمت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
شمع بزمٍ ھدایت پہ لاکھوں سـلام
🌹صَلَّی اللّهُ عَلٰی حَبِیْبِهٖ ســیّدنا مُحَمَّــدٍ وَّآلِـهٖ وصحبهٖ وبارك وسلم..💚

باب مَا يَلْبَسُ الْمُحْرِمُ
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
We were proceeding to Mecca along with the Prophet (ﷺ). We pasted on our foreheads the perfume known as sukk at the time of wearing ihram. When one of us perspired, it (the perfume) came down on her face. The Prophet (ﷺ) saw it but did not forbid it.
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْجُنَيْدِ الدَّامَغَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ بِنْتُ طَلْحَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، - رضى الله عنها - حَدَّثَتْهَا قَالَتْ كُنَّا نَخْرُجُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى مَكَّةَ فَنُضَمِّدُ جِبَاهَنَا بِالسُّكِّ الْمُطَيَّبِ عِنْدَ الإِحْرَامِ فَإِذَا عَرِقَتْ إِحْدَانَا سَالَ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا فَيَرَاهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلاَ يَنْهَاهَا .

🌹 مقام سیدنا امیر حمــزہ رضی الله عنہ 🌹
🔹 حضرت ابن شاذان (علیہ الرحمہ) نے حضرت عبد الله بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کی روایت بیان کی ہے کہ ہم نے حضرت رسول الله صلی الله علیہ وآله وسلم کو کبھی اتنا اشک بار نہیں دیکھا جتنا کہ آپ ﷺ حضرت حمزہ رضی الله عنہ کی شہادت پر اشک بار ہوئے، آپ ﷺ نے انہیں قبلہ کی جانب رکھا، پھر آپ ﷺ جنازہ کے سامنے قیام فرما ہوئے، آپ ﷺ اس قدر اشک بار ہوئے کہ سسکیاں بھی لینے لگے، قریب تھا کہ رنجیدگی کے سبب آپ ﷺ پر بیہوشی طاری ہو جائے۔ آپ یہ فرماتے جاتے:
* يا حمزةُ ! يا عمَّ رسولِ ﷲ ! و أسدَ ﷲ! و أسدَ رسوله ! ياحمزةُ ! يا فاعلَ الخيراتِ ! ياحمزةُ ! ياکاشفَ الکُرُباتِ ! ياذابّ عن وجه رسولِ ﷲ! *
🔸 ترجمہ: اے حمزہ! اے رسول الله کے چچا، الله اور اس کے رسول کے شیر! اے حمزہ! اے بھلائیوں میں پیش پیش رہنے والے! اے حمزہ! اے رنج و ملال اور پریشانیوں کو دور کرنے والے! اے حمزہ! رسول الله کے چہرۂ اَنور سے دشمنوں کو دور بھگانے والے!
حضور ﷺ جب نماز جنازہ ادا فرماتے تو چار مرتبہ تکبیر فرماتے اور آپ نے حضرت حمزہ رضی الله عنہ کی ستر (۷۰) مرتبہ تکبیر کے ساتھ نمازِ جنازہ ادا فرمائی۔ امام بغوی نے اس روایت کو اپنی معجم میں نقل کیا ہے۔

And also cover your head while eating it's also sunnah
So that your hair will not fall in the food

I just wanted to ask if i am pregnant and also at the same time breastfeeding, how should i be eating? As in how much? I have difficulty with milk supply on my diet because im not sure how much i am to eat but i dont know if i need to eat extra or if im islamically allowed to
Doctor said to eat 2&1/2 times more but i live in the west and here people generally eat too much with which i disagree
