I av the worst anxiety but ever since listening yo the Qur'an and Islamic lectures am good,it's not like I can change anything with worrying anyways so I just decided to sit back and watch my Lord does wonder.
Now I suffer from depression and anxiety, I am so hopeless and guilty about the past&future and thinking about my sins and the worst thing I feel so empty that I can't cry at all. I pray 5 times like I used to do and reciting Quran, listening duas, praying and begging Allah to save my soul from that situation. And I saw this video while surfing and searching for a help, and while watching this I can't hold my tears back for the first time. I am so grateful for this. May Allah save me and all my Muslim sisters and brothers.

Not even 10 minutes ago I cried really hard because of my anxiety over my parents health but I just say this and I hope Allah keeps them safe.

Tonight I was sending in a Job application that is very competitive. All of a sudden I started to doubt my self and my abilities of even getting this job, and I just started to think so negatively. Last night I was so sad and frustrated about the future that I felt empty inside. What am I going to do! How am I going to take care of my parents etc. I don't have any money or a job. What I felt is beyond words! In fazar time there was an earthquake and I was really scared and realized that Allah has all the power and I am nothing but tinny part of his creation and asked him for forgiveness and ability to die peacefully.
After waking up this video was in my notification. It was like Allah wanted me to remember that he is the best disposer of all affairs. InShaAllah I'll never lose hope.

I've been depressed for most of my teen years and I realised it was because I lost touch of Allah, now I think I finally found him, its been a month now and I think im improving. I'm on a journey trying to leave sins and trying my best to leave and forget about BTS, they have made me happy and taught me to love myself, but once I made a desicion to leave them, it just felt right, it's been a month now, its super difficult but hopefully I can keep this up. I hope I can carry on and continue my journey towards him.
I worry alot about my future this title gave me a relief a feeling of freedom and he just says kun and it happens.Even if your logic tells you will fail have enough blind faith in his words.

I was worrying about my expenses there. I was confused about what to do and how to do. Your video made me realize that even when I was 1 year old and didn't know anything, Allah planned everything for me. Then why should I worry so much about future? Allah knows my future. I needed it so much, my parents are always pessimistic towards me, always find flaw in me, they keep letting me recalling things which already gave me panic attacks, and I cope with that so hardly, If Allah wouldn't haram the suicide I shouldn't listening this lecture tbh, now only thing I'm doing is asking Allah often to call me back to Him besides I know asking dua of death for oneself is prohibited by RasoolAllah pbuh , but I'm so done with my life, it is hurting because I'm their child so it's obvious that I'm wrong, no hard feelings for my parents, I'm just weak, sensitive and broken 💚
