Just keep grinding events that drop these tickets. Not easier now with events that operate on point based as well as Senkaimon giving out a fair few every month
I grind the current event 'Scramble! Shinji's Theater' the hardest level as you can use X5 tickets and have the chance of getting summoning tickets. If it's the TYBW (blue attribute) Shunshui then he is definitely top gear and worth maxing him out.
