are the HOA fees just for the neighborhood, or is the price stated $337-$357/mon inclusive of BR & The Crescent Lakes community?
yes...$337-$357 for living in this neighborhood...includes lawncare, gigabit internet, gated neighborhood, private neighborhood pools and courts, plus town amenities...great value!!
