Jan Gaffney 是一位資深的蒙特梭利教育者，擁有 30 年蒙特梭利教師、校長、協會董事、顧問經驗，曾任紐西蘭蒙特梭利協會 (MANZ) 主席，擔任紐西蘭蒙特梭利學校與峇里島國際學校校長。
她於 2021 年時來到台灣，擔任全台首間全住宿制的蒙特梭利中學「Y2MAC 毅宇蒙特梭利實驗教育機構」校長，致力為台灣發展優質的蒙特梭利中學教育。
Jan Gaffney is a senior Montessori educator with 30 years of experience as a Montessori teacher, principal, association director, and consultant. She was the former president of the Montessori Association of New Zealand (MANZ) and served as the Montessori Association of New Zealand.
She came to Taiwan in 2021 and served as the principal of the first fully residential Montessori middle school in Taiwan, Y2 Montessori School - Adolescent Community (Y2MAC), and is committed to developing high-quality Montessori middle school education in Taiwan.
