Once you install the bars and when the bike goes over is one person able to raise it back up or are two needed? My bike has all ready gone over on the road just barely moving and I had to hit the front brake fast when I should have hit the back and I went over, got help from the police to get it back up. I needed bars for that badly. I ride a 09 1200rt and used to build choppers in the 70's so I know a bit.
These engine guards are for a water cooled RT and I see that you are riding an oil head which we do not make engine guards for. I can not say if our engine guards would be helpful for you to pick up a BMW that is laying down not knowing your physical ability? I have seen some very good TH-cam videos of different lifting techniques of how to lift a BMW that is laying down.
I have noticed after seven months my question still has not been answered. IT is too bad your bars cost so much, I can not afford them and if I had the metal and equipment to make them I would put a much lower price on them for those like me who believe yours are too high, every one should be able to afford them easily but can not. They can find good bars they can afford by Googling.
What is the bar diameter if I wanted to add highway pegs?
