Thanks for the video. Which tool would you recommend to a very small team of 3-4 users working remotely who need very basic task management tools? Particularly its for users who aren't project managers, so I don't want to overwhelm them with admin work. So I'm thinking something with a simple workflow setup, visual timelines (like a Gantt view) and workload (estimating hrs and timelines for several projects to give you an overview of resource utilization). It would mostly be setup and used by me and our general manager, but accessible by a few workers so that they can mark tasks as complete, stuck, or need more info, and view deadlines.
It would be very helpful if you would do the background research on the costs for teams to run these particular pieces of software. I appreciate the energy it took to make this video although it would better serve us if you were producing more detail

Yeah but its all 3rd party tools with additional costs. Google really needs to introduce an own solution.
