This was well written. A welcome redirection from constant destructive Tech battles. But... Exposes the double-triple meaning of accepting Gifts from strangers while still offering hope from human ingenuity and discovery. Anyone that doesn't see the analogy to Politician's and falsehoods embedded in our Worlds Governments isn't paying attention. It's hard to create SyFy brilliance without inspiration from those that came before. This comes pretty close but I can still see analogy to a previous 80s SyFy then remake series called V. Actually includes inspiration from a Twilight Zone episode "To Serve Mankind".
This story is great! I can totally see this happening in real life! I was going to say something about "reverse engineering" but you did at the end. BRAVO! PS, I've never given this compliment to any of the other channels I've watched. :) PSS, I look forward to watching your other stories.
The subtitles are bad, the AI generated images' writing is horrible, the narrator has hiccups every now and then... but the stories are excellent! I do, however, object to always portraying humanity as the good guys, it appears overly... flattering.
