    I love the fact that Mike is getting his flowers!! I’m a huge fan of his theories with training. It would def be worth it to fly out for a week and get a full body week In with him. Also I think Iain cracks that top 7 again this year. One of my favorites in the IFBB right now.

      Shouldn't, because t bar is mainly for high and mid back and traps

      ​@jonathanwade9626 grip width makes a huge difference, I've personally felt the bias towards more lats with a neutral grip. Pronated grip I feel far more upper back.

    Iain! Great to spend part of my morning routine w/you. Definitely will incorporate the high/low, back to back movements. Been doing the high cable pullovers which I absolutely benefit greatly, but will swap out seated cable d handle rows or other lower back exercise. I assume the lower cable pullovers hits lower lats/back. Yes? See you next time😁

    Some great back exercises Thanks Iain.I noticed you only did 1 exercise for biceps
    ,Do you usually only hit them with 1 exercise a week.I might be overtraing my biceps if thats all you need each week.

      I also have a full arm training with shoulders at the back end of the week.
      What I do is
      Monday: 4-5 back + 1 bicep
      Tuesday: 4-5 chest + 1-2 tricep
      Wednesday off
      Thursday: legs (2 ham isolation, adductors, squat, leg press, lunge)
      Friday: secondary back and chest - 3 movements for each
      Saturday: 4 arm movements, 3 shoulder movements

      Amd that is why he never wins. If you think youre problem is under training then you have no idea what you're doing. Training harder is the last thing you should do. After 25 years, I have finally learned that.

    9:17 change the angle of your lat pull in if you have no shoulder issues. Arm external rotate out at 30-45 degrees, then pull at the elbow to your waist.

    12:55 resting on your chest while moving weight causes micro-trauma which makes the muscles fibres recede on your chest. You should be supporting your upper body with your abs not your chest on such machines

      Belts have a purpose, but wearing a belt all the time is actually doing you a disservice. 5 plates for RDL’s isn’t hard for me to stabilize and the intention of me doing this movement is to utilize my erectors to some degree. I appreciate the concern though.
