- Deputy Leland Chandler of the DeKalb County Sheriff's Dept. transported three prisoners to a court hearing in Fort Payne, Alabama; the prisoners were shackled only at the ankles. Their flight from justice involved a harrowing carjacking at gun point.
Real FBI cases are recounted through reenactments and interviews, due to the sensitive nature of the show, viewer discretion is advised.

That Alabama sheriff's deputy is crazy because he transported 3 bad guys in a car with no cage. As well as, he let a bad guy sit in the front seat of the car....
He didn't know they were bad guys. Only that one of them got a ticket. His fake driver's license had expired. He was transporting them to a place where they could pay the ticket and renew his license. The cop didn't know it was a fake.

I've never seen anyone but obvious victims of crime be even allowed in the front seat of a cruiser, and I live in an area with a very low per capita rate of violent crime
25 years ago things and LE protocols were a LOT different - even more so in rural areas and small towns

Crown Victoria's in the 80s and 90s were used by most US law enforcement departments. Then they started to catch fire on their own and law enforcement dropped them.

WANNA LIVE? PAY ATTENTION TO THIS; The cop said, after he was handcuffed at gun point" I'LL SEE YOU AGAIN"... THAT could have cost him his LIFE! The number of times ive learned " mouthing off" with real bad consequences is a lot.
Example: 1 guy said" put the gun away your not going to do nothing".. that cost him his life. Another time there was a hold up at a grocery store. They tied up like 6 employees and got the money from the safe. They WERE MASKED and had gloves. On the way OUT of the place, a lady cashier( who was tied up), SPOKE UP and Said" Wait a minute, i know that voice! They overheard her, came back and shot her dead. The lesson is; IF you want to increase your odds of survival KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT till the law arrives... Not a know it all but i read 1 hell of a lot of cases on 30 years. Take care n God Bless

Anyone in public office -- such as senator, governor, D.A., chief of police, and so on -- who has not mastered the English language (which is inherently logical) must be removed from office and returned to grade school and replaced by others who HAVE mastered the language.
