I've been a live-in caregiver. Best to get a doctor's statement. The family, even local family, had no clue how their parent was really doing. Get the information from the doctor, first, then talk to family. This decision has to be made by the whole family with a lawyer standing over them.
She wouldn't have tried to rob him if she knew she couldn't get away with it? That's her justification for being forgiven? Insanity. And totally realistic.
The VA voicing Kayla is so wooden with her dialogue she shouldn't even be in this story, the other VA is always first class and delivers every time with passion and reality and blows the other VA out of the water!
I can't stand "don't look into it and just take my word" people. If it doesn't feel right then go with your gut no matter what they say. Don't be hurt for wanting to believe there are good people in this world like I did.
Exactly! I thought I could trust many people at one point, and my stupidity got me hurt by members of my own family. So, you're absolutely right! I look into literally everything that I'm told now.
And if for some reason you are not able to look in on the person yourself then contact the local police department for their area and ask them to do a wellness check on the person in question. If anything is wrong such as the police cannot see the person in question they will be able to contact the proper authorities to help the person in question
A living will doesn't distribute assets before death. Thats an inheritance advancement and has to be documented as it replaces an amount that would be distributed after death, or something to that effect. He coud gift money or things whenever he wanted while he was alive separate from a will, but they might have to pay gift tax on it.

@davidwilcox8786 I have seen somethings and some people will spend alot more to see the true motives of someone. I mean some private investigators cost alot depending on where you go.
@paulredinger5830 yes that is true, but he wasn't senile so he knew they were buying a house with his money so he went and registered the house under his name and this is possible because my mom is a realtor and she has seen someone do this
A child or relative of a truly senile or incapacitated person can not have access to their bank account without Power of Attorney. The owner of any bank account has to sign it and it it has to be drafted and signed by either a notary or a lawyer and witnessed. I wish these "stories" would do a bit of research and get their facts straight. Also, a will cannot be put into play before the person's death. The government wants a will docketed and probated before any funds or properties are released to the beneficiaries. And that can often take over a year.
'Senile' is pronounced 'see-nyl' not 'senneel' ETA - Daphne's VA is doing it correctly. Kayla's VA either needs practice, or don't give them scripts with harder words in it. It _really_ lowers the quality of your videos to have a VA constantly getting a word wrong.
I can see why he's dying of laughter. 😓😂😅 He's a good actor. Neato!
She can’t change dad’s will. The will wouldn’t apply until he’s unalive.

Amen!
-.- oh my goodness.... I had never heard of such an early judgement of calling a person senile....
Or how to pronounce it! See-nile, people!😂😅
The mental gymnastics Kayla used to try to rob her own father is just staggering.
Don't think they have a couples prison, but they should
She wouldn't have tried to rob him if she knew she couldn't get away with it? That's her justification for being forgiven? Insanity.
And totally realistic.
Please don’t put these two together again. They are mismatched. Thanks
I heard them in another video and thought the same. They don’t sound right together.
The speed reader just kills it every time
Actions have consequences.
They could put her in jail for elder abuse and attempted fraud.

Good morning from West Michigan, everyone. Happy New Year to all.
Happy New Year 🎊
Have a awesome day 👋🤗
Man if my kids ever tried this bs on me . I would be in jail for killing my kid and her husband.

Senile or S-eh-nile? Scheme or sk-eh-m? I'm so confused.
Kayla's VA can't pronounce words and has a problem with speed
English is apparently hard
Happy New Year everyone!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Howd they use his money to buy house if documents are fake.try and keep up
They used the money in his savings account. Not the money in the Will.

The county has original records of the deed. This story can’t happen.

Between the bad reading and loud music, its bad.

Kayla just tries to take everything dad has and probably forged documents and his signature. And then dumps him on his other daughter.
It would have been a lot better if the person playing KAYLA could actually speak the english language.... She really made it suck!!!
Now I know you can do better with these voice over if you can't then stop producing the stories
Sinile?
I can't deal with nelly today. Skip.
Has anyone heard from Joey lately?

That and poor mic quality
Can you at least try and match your voice actors so that siblings are NOT from different continents!
Learn how to pronounce words.
