The prob with joop is that people dont know how to wear it..people tend to over spray and thats why joop gets a bad name..2 max 3 sprays is all thats needed...i advise to spray about 1/2 hr before going out..the dry down is where this shines....the longer you wear this the better the fragrance evolves...i love this been wearing it a long time and still wear it today.....great review by the way...

Actually one of my most complimented fragrance ever. All I owned through out the 90's was Joop Homme & Cool Water. This stuff still rocks!

The 2023 bottles smell fantastic, I liked this version so much I grabbed two 200ml bottles. Two or three sprays and your set fot the day.

Joop Homme has it's place (outdoors@winter@bad weather) lol. My wife bought some for my teenage son, and said "God No!", I took it and bought him Nautica Voyage instead. I love the EDP, its a cheapie winner!
One of the best men fragrances ever created.
There is no scent like Joop! It is definitely a one of a kind! Reminds me of early 2000’s clubbing and lads holidays to Magaluf and Kavos!
I use atleast 8 sprays…f*ck that! 😂
i spent AU$27 on Joop Homme last year and based on it alone, i still regret it now.
After i found that layering it with D&G intenso makes it smells much tolerable, i don't mind much anymore.
However, if i could turn the time, i would not buy it anyway.

I love Joop ! still have my bottle from the 90s , only 20% used .
is is scary to wear and only do so , when outside or special occasions.
got lucky and picked up a spare bottle a few weeks ago at Burlington for $13 125ml.......
maybe I can wear it during the Zombie Apocalypse !?!?
Loved it under 19. Above 19 I HATE it dude. I also loved the EDP version and now I hate it. Im not too sure what changes my mind about them so quickly but they do that to me. I'd say it's because I'm older now and I don't think a slightly more feminine smell suits someone going into their 20's
Joop Homme is definitely one of those scents that you either love or hate.
