Happy to hear it! The thumbnail artist is a good friend of mine and is very talented, his link is in the description if you want to check out any of his other stuff
I've been trying this crap for 1 month, without success, but after watching this video, it took me 2 tries, thank you..and keep making good videos like this one.
After several restarts on these achievements, and many guides, this is the one that works - thanks. I liked the Bitt3rsteel method, but its out of date depending on FRA reinstating their guarantee of you and ENG giving one. Even just sitting peacefully for several practice runs I never got a new FRA guarantee. Would be nice to get HUN or BUL in the bag before fighting the axis - might try some fake justifications to soak up the likely guarantees, but it wastes quite alot of time and PP. Look forward to your next video. Cheers, MMM
Same. I did Hugeoslavia last patch but I didn't do the Autonomous Transylvania one bc Tibbies told me it's fun to do it more than once. I now can't get a new France guarantee and it was annoying waiting for France to fall/Romania joining the Axis.
9:50 I've saved and reloaded and let them run a while twice and it looks like the focuses done by the tiny nations are pretty random (different weight random, probably since Paradox likes those in their scripting language). Including several cases, where the smaller fragments did economic focuses. (That is on historic, even)
24:52 but Wet Ammo is 1xp to add instead of 6xp to change the suspension, really no benefit to doing it this way. Also if you want to create an actual medium tank fork you’re now stuck using engine points instead of the Christie suspension (or you’re paying more xp again) Would also suggest just going to 4 armor, right now it doesn’t matter but when you have 20 factories on them the extra Steel required is gonna hurt, the AI probably isn’t piercing it either way.
Good to know. Honestly I should do some more research on tank design, I’ve always just thrown something together and went “ah seems good enough”. Definitely a lot of room for efficiency
finally a solid and a updated guide. theres literally no videos like this no more and im tired of watching annoying ass youtubers who do shit guides. thank you for this and keep up the good work
There absolutely still are, they are just harder to find (like this gentleman!) Antasil, Tibbes, Hatless Spider - all smaller creators with very good guides. I will say though, absolutely excellent work by this guy!
Well said man. Also growing tired of watching hoi4 youtubers who just love to either exploit or min-max the crap out of everything in this game while shouting illogical political rhetorics without having any actual historical knowledge. This video definitely is a breath of fresh air for me.
35:54 sorry for blowing up your comments but if you just check “auto-update” you’ll save yourself tons of XP. Tank will just update to the newest AA, radio, etc without costing any XP
Great video, gained Dracula's revenge easily. However dalamatia request seems to be random as Italy asked me mid 39, even before joining german and german declaring on poland. However as o haven't even unified they have not delered on me immediately, but i don't know what gonna happend after unification.
But seriously excellent guide, I appreciate the way you explain some of the more nuanced mechanics(/bugs) of HOI, nothing worse than being blindsided mid achievement run by some stupid BS that shouldn’t be possible (like my puppet Romania giving the Soviets Bessarabia… WHILE I WAS AT WAR WITH THEM 😂)
37:09 sorry, but SSFT are a waste on CAS if you don’t have rubber to spare. If you don’t have air superiority your CAS shouldn’t really be up, and if you do, air defense isn’t very important because your fighters are wrecking the AI’s. The range modules are WAY WAY more important
I didn’t used to do them either lol. I still don’t prioritize them but when I have nothing else to research they can be helpful. The first radio tech gives +5% reinforce rate (really good) and +4% coordination. Each additional radio tech gives another +1% coordination. I’m not an expert when it comes to this but as far as I understand, coordination comes into play when you have multiple units engaged in offensive combat with multiple enemy units. The more coordination your units have, the more they will each focus on attacking the same enemy unit at the same time, rather than spreading their attack across each of the enemy divisions. Coordination can be very effective if you stack it on units that have high breakthrough, as it will de-org the enemy units extremely quickly one at a time, giving the enemy less time to reinforce the combat before you break it. Hope this makes some sort of sense haha
bro i have tried this shit 1000x the only thing i did different to you was go fascist like a dumbass so i lost bessarabia but i got 80% war score using this guide.
bruh the thumbnail is really good

Glad it was helpful to you! Trying to get more videos out when I can :)
Under rated he needs more subscribers tbh
Your guide helped me a lot, you should do more of these!

Dudes got some serious potential, you've got my sub guy.

Wow; worked for me first time. Great video. Thanks!

Amazing guide. It worked perfectly. Thank you!
Damn bro i was watching the video and thought that it was pretty good, looked at your subs and you had 87 lol, underated af

Great video, earned urself a sub, take care friend!
Goated video, subbed
Great guide, thank you!
Thanks Karto got it on my third try, the out guides are too old but this is the class ingenious move of funneling them and weakening them

if you did guides like these on other cancer achivements like ottoman sevres it would be absolutely good and i think a lot of people would watch
God that achievement is pure suffering haha. Right now I’m working on updating my old Estonia guide, perhaps I’ll revisit Turkey next 😭
35:54 sorry for blowing up your comments but if you just check “auto-update” you’ll save yourself tons of XP. Tank will just update to the newest AA, radio, etc without costing any XP
My man's wife ban hammered him and his computer in to the laundry room. I understand the pain my friend 😅

Yo I think I have the same washer/dryer hybrid. Gotta love those melodies
12:35 was waiting to see if you’d use your planes. Since you’re not, you should throw them on the market at game start before you unpause.
Very under-rated subbed🫡
But seriously excellent guide, I appreciate the way you explain some of the more nuanced mechanics(/bugs) of HOI, nothing worse than being blindsided mid achievement run by some stupid BS that shouldn’t be possible (like my puppet Romania giving the Soviets Bessarabia… WHILE I WAS AT WAR WITH THEM 😂)
Thank you! Yeah honestly half of this game is just understanding the AI/mechanics and how to mitigate the damage their BS can cause lol

Do the radio techs give passive stats to units?? i never do radio tech ☠☠☠
I didn’t used to do them either lol. I still don’t prioritize them but when I have nothing else to research they can be helpful. The first radio tech gives +5% reinforce rate (really good) and +4% coordination. Each additional radio tech gives another +1% coordination. Hope this makes some sort of sense haha
In any case, I always recommend getting the first radio tech, the +5% reinforce rate is almost always worth it
