What a beautiful place and the falls are breath taking, the older you get the more you appreciate our beautiful world, if only our hearts reflected the beauty that surrounds us, it would truly be beautiful all over the world
Boys! Oh my gosh! This video from start-to-finish was AH-MAZING! Typically, I watch all TH-cam videos on my phone, but not this one. This one was played on our TV. Brother Shinichi, the time you spent on editing the video, and placing the music just so......was awesome! I loved hearing you both play the shamisen. My Ojisan was a shamisen instructor in Little Tokyo for many years, and from what I’ve been told, was quite well known in that world, both here and in Japan. To me, he was just my Ojisan. ♥️ Every place you visited, and every thing you did looked like so much fun, but I have to say, that I was beyond excited that you visited Edomura! I have so many memories of that park! Especially, of the hot ninjas’ and samurai that were running around at the time I visited, and you boys fit right in! ☺️ Thanks to the Ministry of Environment for this much deserved invitation. They picked two of THE BEST, to showcase Nikko! Thank you both for all of your hard work at bringing us beautiful content, and for making us feel like we were on this beautiful journey with you! Well well done! ♥️
Wonderful video and the scenery was breathtaking. You guys looked great dressed up as Samurai and I was wondering of they had a swordsmith/blacksmith demonstration there? Additionally, all the food looked delicious. Thanks for sharing your adventures. Cheers!
This video was so well done...from the photography to the content and even to the music. You were able to capture the beauty, food, activities and cultural aspects of Nikko. This should be a promotional video for Nikko tourism. You two looked like handsome daimyo right out of a chambara movie.
So Amazing the temple you when to was amazing so much shinto symbolism founded by a buddhist monk. I would have never guessed! and that waterfall!!!! Crazy beautiful! A Steam train taking you to one of the most Fantastic villages........ i give up speechless thanks for the share! stay awesome!
Loved this video! Shinichi you did a fantastic job! Loved all the places you went, things you did & the foid you ate! I do know that it was alot to do in one video but you both did a wonderful job! Thanks for sharing! 👍 ❤
OMG this looks AMAZING! Such beautiful landscape and I have always been attracted by the old Japanese style. Geisha , Samurai , theahouses, temples and that kind of stuff. So Edo Wonderland looks like heaven to me. Ohh why did you show me this? Now I want to go....
It's so beautiful. I like to watch these videos and imagine I'm there to get away from my troubles. :) I'd love to get that ekibento and save the shovel as a souvenir!
I loved this video and that hotel lunch you had was so surprising, everything from the maitre d’ to the presentation and cutlery looked so western. And your theme parks are not tacky at all, that samurai set was great to watch. This video was more tabi than eats and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
This is my favorite video you guys have put together. What a beautiful job shooting the outdoors and braving the cold and snow. I love your transformation as Samurai warriors, so handsome and fierce. Cheers...
Wow!! You guys look absolutely stunning in the traditional/samurai outfits!!!! Loving this episode so much guys. And the food all look pretty & delicious. Keep up giving us great contents guys, take care & Cheers!!💜💙
These travel videos are so wonderful to watch. I love to see places like this I know I will never visit. Such a pleasure to see you enjoy a beautiful place.
I think this has been my favorite video yet. I love going on these tours with the both of you, you two are so cute. Loved all the information and beautiful sights of Japan, this is the only way I can visit Japan because I could never afford to go there. Thank you so much for letting me share your experiences. So much fun! See you next time. ❤
Living in Australia I have never seen anything like this before with hot springs and so much snow. Even when I went to our snowy mountains were people go to ski it still looked nothing like that no where near as much beautiful snow and ice. I would love to go to Japan in the winter to see this. It's just so beautiful.
Amazing, guys. You'll find this hard to believe but with the obvious differences, when you were snowshoeing with the water and the mountains, it could definitely been Canada in the winter. If I didn't know what I was looking at, I would have guessed that. Love your reviews and travel. The highlight of my week!
Love this video. You did a great job. The food looked delicious and the scenery, omg so beautiful. thank you so much, much love, and loved seeing you dress as samurai.
Your videos are getting better and better even though you're already amazing. I think you're not only my favorite food blog but also travel blog now! P.S.: Samurai outfits were very impressive :)
I wish I could give you two thumbs up! One of the best videos you guys have done in a while, A++! I love it when you mix in fun, food, and facts into the episodes. The only thing that would have made it better would be Justin... hehehe
Absolutely gorgeous, alluring video, Shinichi and Satoshi! As so many have said, it was the perfect combination of sights, activities, information, and food. I particularly loved the yoga, snowshoeing, and samurai segments (you both looked so formidable!). Thank you! The scenery was magnificent, of course. I've always been called to the countryside and mountains of Japan, which is one reason why I hope one day to see a video (or even better, a livestream) of Satoshi's hometown. 🌸
I love these types of videos where you show us towns in japan. I love seeing what the customs are and what is appropriate to do culturally, and also the food available! You guys are genuine and i love it so much. Because of your show i tried sushi for the first time the other day and I absolutely love it!
This video reached new heights! I loved every minute of it. So professional and with so many depths. Fascinating, informative, beautiful! (I haven't been commenting lately because it's hard to type only with my left hand - but I just had to make the effort for this one!)
What a wonderful adventure! Nikko is such a tranquil and beautiful place with so much to do! I loved seeing you in Samurai attire! Omigosh I just remembered that when I was around 5 I thought kimonos were called Samurai. One of my relatives had gotten me this beautiful little floral kimono with a gorgeous deep pink obe. I can remember telling my mama that I loved my Samurai outfit. 😂
I love this video! It's so wonderful to see more of the beautiful scenery of Nikko. Thank you, Shinichi and Satoshi, for showing us so many different places and experiences around Nikko, even yoga in the snow! The visit to the yuba factory was great, and the special yuba lunch looked simply amazing! I would love to eat there. Yum! I'm glad you two could ride on the steam train, and eat such wonderful ekiben. I bet Satoshi especially enjoyed that. Thank you for this wonderful video!
This was a wonderful video. The food looked amazing, all the stuff looked fun to do... And that lovely old lady at the Yuba store/restaurant was utterly adorable.
I can't say enough how much I love that lunch that you guys had. The presentation was just so simple yet beautiful. It looked so clean and perfect. My mouth was watering. I also love the bridge. I love Japanese architecture you're so lucky.
Yuba looks something like what we have in Malaysia called Fucuk(foo-chook). I am not surprised if it is the same - biggest difference here is that the item is dried and then rehydrated later for cooking. Yuba looks to be wet/moist all the time. And yes, I agree with everyone here - you two look very dapper and outstanding in the Samurai fuku.
Thank you for sharing the little bits about Japanese history! I am a student of both theology/science of religions and history and Eastern traditions are highly interesting to me, and I absolutely love when you include information like that in your videos!
Interesting new information I learned about Japan never know there more about Japan I never knew your video really helpful I glad I gain more things to discover and learn more

My dream is to visit Japan and all the old and original places! I love watching your videos! This is one of my favourites! Keep up the awesomeness guys! 😊
The spoon in the train bento box is a replica of a coal shovel. Coal is used to make the steam to power the train. I hope you saved that nice souvenir.
Oh my that yoga by the lake looks so serene and peaceful. I do my own personal yoga practice each morning before starting my day. I wish I could do yoga there in japan by that peaceful lake in the morning . So so beautiful. Amazing video that honestly gave me such a feeling of calm while watching. Thank you both 💖
