Spain gave lessons to all Europe for nearly 10 years and we (french) were schooled many times with all the spain trickery that they had , and a fabulous team. But that day, with that crazy second half we finally got them.
If you like defense, the french second half is something to look at.
All the France Spain of that era are classics imho.

lessons of cheating ! Trickery includes referee "mistakes" , flopping and diving . France won fair and square in 2013 . Do a research in youtube if you don't believe me , it's not hidden to the world . Eurobasket 2007 would be a good place for you to start .

If Spain are to lose im glad its to France👍At least it stays in Western Europe. France played great all around on offense & defense and it was kewl seeing Parker and Noah win gold🥇I also believe that the rivalry is just great to see for fans & it's definitely one of the reasons both teams have become so successful Imo. I'm sure we'll see another classic in this amazing rivalry! And I'm also sure France will have many more gold medals in the future.

@@christermi Yeah I called it "trickery". France, Greece and lots of countries knows it.
It was part of spains game they used everything to win, everything... flopping, pressure or "friendship" with the ref and so on...
In the NBA, Jordan pushed Bryon Russell, the Sacramento Kings should have been champs... it's also sport.
But it's even more joyful to see them lose against France :D (or Russia with the JR Holden shot and Gasol who is so closed to win even with his shot blocked ^^)

No creo España lleva ganándole a Francia casi siempre en los últimos años, Francia sólo pudo con España en 2013 y 2014, principalmente por culpa de tener al inútil de Orenga de seleccionador. Con Scariolo España le ganó a Francia en 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015 y 2016, así que más bien debe ser Francia quien no quiere enfrentarse a España.
