I have Jupiter in lagna. I did exercise and eat less but in the end, I have a balanced body where my muscles and tummy fat are almost equal. Means yes, I am fat but it does not look ugly. Still, when my Mars mahadasha started I followed a strict diet and exercise regime. And still, it took 3 months. And still, my weight goes down as low as 74 kg which is still okish for 5 ft 8 in person. During lockdown, my weight went up as high as 108 kg but went down quickly to 90kg. Now my Rahu mahadasha has started, weight is 84. Hopefully I can go back to 74. Anyways less than 80 is also satisfactory for me
