      @malhamaulkubra4437 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@zackjandali Wait a moment. Debris does enter like meteorites or sunlight but the atmosphere has layers designed to stop excessive sunlight and meteorites in great numbers getting in. Random ones do get through and sunlight is filtered so some does get through....winds storms etc happen all within the atmosphere ....so how can you claim the Earth is an open system as a whole...then you will say the solar system is a open system then further the galaxy is an open system and then say the universe is an open system....as the stuff comes into the universe

    • @zackjandali
      @zackjandali 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Malhama Ul Kubra things enter and leave our atmosphere. An example of things leaving space craft. You might argue that it is an unnatural event. But that event is in fact natural. We focus natural resources into a specific direction to produce a natural force called thrust. We use the physics of our universe to push things out of our atmosphere.
      The solar system allows matter to come in an exit as it pleases. If the gravitational pull isn’t strong enough to cause an orbit, objects will come and leave. That right there proves it’s an open system.
      The Milky Way is an open system simply for the fact that the andromeda galaxy will eventually merge with our own.
      Lastly, what comes into the universe? The universe encompasses all physical things that we know exist. If we discover something outside of our universe then we would surely say that our universe is bigger than we thought. The universe is an isolated system as all energy and matter that exists to our knowledge is enveloped in this concept we call our universe. Remember the universe, the earth, the galaxy is all a concept derived from human perspective. There are no natural laws that state what a universe has to be in order to be called a universe. It’s whatever we think it is.
