Thank you for the broken record....taling about what you're doing and watching you, not only is very entertaining, but super informative and learning so much. Keep them coming
First time watching; he definitely had a solid flight with challenging conditions and obviously flys this route regularly because he knows what to expect from not only his plane but ATC. Sure he did more talking than needed but he was direct with ATC and made clear what he needed and wanted to do. That airspace and airframe is highly demanding and he flew it well especially with the conditions.
Jerry, you don't sound like a broken record. As an MEI, I make sure my students are verbalizing EVERY thing that needs to be done no exceptions. When you verbalize tasks you also confirm you did them in your head. Fly safe.
Boy, does that bring back memories seeing you fly in the soup! I trained for my instrument rating in Northern California during the winter time. Almost all my training was in actual conditions, which was quite the experience. I remember doing a step-down approach into Sacramento and it was pouring so hard the noise was deafening. Great times. My instructor was the great Hooper Harris. He flew IFR with ease like most people chew gum.
Jerry love your videos but seriously, I would keep the comms business like only. It starts with that phone call at the beginning, he doesn’t care that you did the run up, or your handwriting sucks or that you almost have the right code in. He doesn’t care what you had for breakfast :) keep safe.
Great skills to handle the crosswind, but as a newbie IFR pilot, I think I'd have chosen the ILS 12 (1/2 the xwind), even though it looks like there's a long taxi to the GA.
"Sporty" landing! Nicely done Jerry, nicely done!

You make it look easy Jerry, top notch pilot.
Thanks for sharing.
First time watching, awesome flight and video! Thank you for sharing, looking forward to more.
This rain has been something fierce. Nice to be well equipped👌👍.
A super flight video. I love IFR and enjoyed the entire approach.

Did my IFR training in the mid nineties. Great fun and hard work!
Man has SKILLZ!!! Impressive!
And great video!
fantastic video, thanks for sharing this with us
Another exciting trip with Jerry. Thank you.
Loved your flight Jerry! You know your stuff and the laugh at the end shows you both love flying and a challenge!
Enjoy your grandkids 😊
I happened to see you yesterday on FlightRadar24. Lot of rain, glad to hear it was pretty smooth overall. Nice approach.
Thanks for posting.
It’s amazing to watch you practice your craft.
Great video as usual. Learn a lot about IFR flying from your videos.
Great video as usual! I really liked the camera view that shows the panel head on! We are experiencing the atmospheric river in Redding, Ca.
Enjoyed the video. Always interesting. Don’t change a thing. Really like the IMC videos.
Excellent video Jerry! That was wet!!
Great video!!! Wonderful commentary
Great flight Jerry and good piloting skills cheers
Great landing with full rudder.
🌏🇦🇺
Nice flying, Jerry!
Awesome..very professional
Thanks for a true IFR flight that I wouldn't be comfortable with. Watching you do it is great
I'm sure they know each other as much as he makes the trip,
Jerry
Best vids on you tube.
Nice landing, you are steely eyed missle man.

This guy does more unnecessary talking on the radio then anyone. I'm sure it aggravates others that are trying to talk.
Couldn’t have said it better
Yep. To busy playing up to the camera than using effective communication.
Hi Jerry....I've been enjoying your flights for sometime now...your videos are always well done...I think you would be a great CFI...😊

Runway 12/30 is the Air Carrier Runway, a better option would be what I mentioned is a circle to land runway 15, I have landed on it many times
Wow! Muchas cahonas! Thanks Jerry
That’s one expensive way commute to work.
Heading 210 but how about an EFC time? 🙂
I don't think there is another channel that shows consistent IMC conditions in an older GA aircraft.
old yes, but well equipped
Jerry. On your dashboard it look likes you a holder for your pen light. What is it? From Where? Thanks
