Every time I hear this new mechanic explained my brain just shuts off.
I think it's about you will get a little compensation if you shoot second/third shell in 2 seconds before it finishes reloading. Basically you shoot whenever you like and don't bother to think about reloading
Actually that mechanic is very easy to explain.
Loading the shell into the mechanism consists of two operations: takin the shell out of the ammo rack and putting it into the mechanism. With new mechanics when the firing is done loader does not drop the shell back into the ammo rack and start over, he already has one in hands. And can put it into the mechanism right away. Note that if the tank is damaged mid loading, the "compensation mechanics" reset. The loader does drop the shell because of concussion. Or smth.

@@thiccjager2436 Yeah sure, an empty repeating game would be much more interesting. Some kind of idea or blueprint must exist, wargaming doesnt just invent new tanks. And i would even be fine with that, because it brings us more variety in the game.

At first I was complaining that you wouldn't compare it to the IS-3A, but with the reverse autoreloading mechanism that this tank has, it would have been confusing. So thanks for the video! Really exited to get mmy hands on this tank!

Not so, it's a valid point. we shouldn't have to gamble for new content when it is released. and besides, the IS-3A and the 703 Ver. II were eventually sold outside of these ridiculous boxes. saying the same point may get irritating, but you must consider, that there is a reason why it's being repeatedly said. Because we hope that someone at WG actually have the brains to look past their piles and piles of money and are aware of the perception of the company to the public

they have all literally been available outside of lootboxes.
IS3-A and Obj. 703 II were already available outside of loot boxes. The Obj. even several times.
I just want to commend you for going really into detail with how you set up the tank and the crew. Really well done and the first time I've seen you go so in-depth with recommendations on how to get going! I agree that hopefully this isn't a loot box exclusive, money is tight for a lot of people these days.

U can do when its ingame
IS-3A has much better DPM (not just more rounds per minute, but also the reverse-autoloader so you aren't penalized for emptying your clip), similar gun handling, worse mobility, better armor and much worse viewrange. Overall I'd consider the IS-3A stronger, but not by much.

The Muzzle velocity on the standard ammo is INSANE. Thats APCR speed.
Premium pen will also make any heavy irrelevant. If it werent for its muzzle velocity i would load it as standard.

this is why I generally stick to things like my Centurions and heavy tanks. Game just ain't what it used to be when I started playing back in 2012. I feel that every tank should either be nerfed, or buffed to make the TTK slower, or faster, not entirely sure if I preferred the older games from back in the day, or the sub-two minute games I get these days.
I feel like that's next best Frontline tank after the Progetto 46. Can traverse around fairly quickly, can work ridge lines pretty good.
I don't think it would last long in the world of bourrasques, even 90s and EBRs.

Until there are players willing to gamble, they are winning. If they knew that nobody wanted / bought loot boxes, they surely would not introduce such thing. It is the player base's stupidity that let them do that.

As far as I remember, all "lootbox exclusive" premium tanks have been for sale at some point after they were available in lootboxes. So those still complaining that you HAVE to gamble to get them just need to get their gambling addiction fixed.

Right but it's still the only way to get the tank for months or maybe years. I want to get that tank so I'm just forced not to have it until an undetermined amount of time has passed or gamble. It still sucks.

This thing has no armour on a back. Shoot fuel tanks and see it burn.
Side armour is not quite good either. Ammo rack has to be there somewhere.
If you expect tier 6 be good against tier 8 HT head on, I suggest you think again.

This tankwas my jam during Frontlines 2024, I did actually pretty well cause it was essentially a pretty well armoured medium with a top speed of 50

AP shells with velocity over 1000 m/s: CHECK
Going 50 km/h despite being classified as heavy tank: CHECK
10° of gun depression as a new standard for premium tanks: CHECK
The lack of weakpoints and virtually inpenetrable with standard ammunition while being hulldown: CHECK

Oh I see, it must be a new premium tank. Very well done Wargaming I sure cant wait to fight these fine new tanks on the battlefield with my good old WW2 era tech tree tanks on my free to play account. It will prove to be a quite challenge for me I am sure.

Please export your videos at 2560x1440. TH-cam will then compress the Bitrate way less so the quality of your videos will be WAY better.

These new Italian heavys have awful reload times, disastrous gun handling and quite bad mobility.
No way they are dominating the game. It is just QB can steer around the weaknesses of the tank quite well and picked the game where it shined. Two of them where against lower tier enemies. So... meh.

It’s turret is amazing, had to brawl against one in a KV-3. Ripped it apart as soon as I got to shoot under a dead tank and into it’s lower plate

Got my bisonte on my 47th boxes... I was thinking I wasn’t gonna get it but I did and I got all the skin for the tanks. Was happy I spent it on one go and got all the skins and tanks on one go.

I like the look of it. It's a sexy looking tank. Weather it is a good tank is another question.
Having the tank use Bounty Equipment,Food and a 14skill crew aint really making a honest representation of the tanks capabilites
premtanks usually have good crews and the difference after 3 skills ist quite low. Food is easily affordable in a premiumtank and bountyequipment makes a slight difference, it doesn't change the tank completely.
Qb once again I want to point out that the improved aiming is probably better than the rotation mechanism. In this tank, if you are not turning the tank but you are moving and turning the turret, they do exactly the same thing and if you are stationary the IA is much better. It also helps a lot with the tank's awful accuracy when you aim it fully.

The Bisonte was practically invincible when in a hull down position. I would only engage it when it's not hull down.
@@k1llerv0le10 I don't remember how may times I've killed that defender. But i know how to deal with it. Simply by shooting it's lower glacis, flank it, or spam HE at it(when assault).
Well you mention this review being useful later once it isn't lootbox exclusive and today it is on sale on its own. I think I will pick it up, looks fun. But yeah, helpful review.

Hey QB, would you play WOT blitz to see how different it is?
I can tell you that WOT Blitz can sometimes be a game that requires no strategy because most players rush and get killed instantly.
On one hand it's another hull down monster, but on the otherhand it actually has frontal weakspots. If I do get it with the lootboxes I won't feel as as guility as I did with the Ob. 703 II.

UP: don't bother, I did it myself. For those who's interested - both tanks are comparable in many areas. IS has WAY better turret armor and even slightly more agile. C75 is better for ridges, IS is better brawler.
Ridge line play is great, but kinda screwed because of SPG's. At least WG did not go over the top with the tank like its medium equivalent
Yah the frontal upper hull is like the Super pershing.
Except the weakpoint on the Super pershing is actually a weakpoint that goes from 230mm to 76mm. A 154mm decrease.
This thing goes from around 204mm to 190mm. Around 15mm decrease.
Other than that; did the game really need this thing?
3 boxes purchased for this year and i got this. no sound, no pizzaz, on the last box it rolled down into that track. and i was like, "wtf is this, is this the t25 or wtf it was that i saw on my first loot box?" Then this thing was in my garage. So now i have to watch this video again. Not complaining, im drunk so this will all dawn on me tomorrow, probably when i wake up. I was waiting for the stimulus but thisll tide me over while thats being sorted out.
If they want to put it in the loot boxes they should have special boxes where you have a 100% chance to get this tank
