For the record I prefer these under hour long videos you make than the ones over an hour. That being said, I really love how loyal Raymond was to not just Mr. Harris but also his grandson. That was my favorite part. And I immediately saw that part coming.

Nikki's ex Lance was a despicable, evil, greedy jerk. I'm happy Nikki and Johnny got togetter. Little Mark sounded so cute, smart and a very good child. I'm happy Raymond didn't go along with Lance's evil scheme. Thank you again for a well narrated story. I can even imagine some of your stories as movies. Personally, I like the longer stories.

Loved the story. The good prosper and the bad get their Karma. Perfect ending and I am sure Nicki’s old landlady somehow would end up with exactly what she deserves: NOTHING!
Nikki's ex is despicable: doesn't help support his own son AND tries to steal the grandson's inheritance! At least it all ended well. 👍👍The wolf cub in the story is a nice touch! 💡Btw, the landlady who threw Nikki out withOUT any prior notice acted utterly illegally. And IF she had called the police, the law was >on Nikki's side, Not the landlady's.< Nikki had paid her rent, and was not doing anything illegal or criminal to be arrested for, so there were NO grounds for her to be removed without proper notice… or a court order, which also requires proper notice be given. ... 💖As always, dear Narrator, your pleasing voice and diction genuinely add to the enjoyment of the story.
That was sad things happen but we don't know but I'm glad the grandson got something that's family always helping each other glad the wife and have something now why ex husband always try to get more and don't think about the kids so sad😢 when they bring them into this world and the wife always get stuck with the kids that's why they are called mothers❤❤
Nikki's landlady is a real piece of work and is also greedy woman and only sees money, I hope Nikki and her son Mark are doing a lot better with those greedy people out of there lives!

The ending was so abrupt that it had no explanations as to why the end was as it was. I wanted to hear the rest of the story.
