I've been waiting for episode 2! Love this game and really enjoyed the first episode. Especially when you share little bits of your knowledge of the history.
I'm loving this Taff! Two small pieces of advice: some cities(Gibraltar) can produce 2 infantry unit concurrently. Also, square formation can be very overpowered, especially behind buildings(make the enemy come around the corner) and in proximity to each other(mutual support). FOR KING AND COUNTRY LADS!!!!
Naval combat seems surprisingly difficult! Looks really fun though, nicely graphicced! It seems really difficult to capture ships? The pace is fine, no need to try and rush through more quickly. I really like this time period of history and it is really good to see someone playing the Empire :D I am even considering buying this game despite not being very good at this type. Nice defence of Gibralter and I hope to see a holding action at one of the bridges! Definitely need to get fire by rank, I think. It is very... iconic, I suppose. Worked well too! Brutally so. Thanks for this play through!
repair ships in port and stop trying to capture with no damage its dumb your losses/repairs arnt worth it also right click ministors/genrals/spys etc for specs same for towns troops etc or left click town name banner another thing b4 you even try DO NOT DISMOUNT CAV cav way better than inf so dumb to make them inf
I used to be a total war junkie but got jaded by the unfixed bugs in empire. Also it seems ti overheat graphic cards. Its much imoroved by darthmod, but still crashes with shrapnel.

Taff, simple thing to suggest: If your front rank is the only rank that can fire, then make it wider, where possible, to have more guns at the front?
Loving the naval aspect of the game.
Probably missing the tech taff, but some rifles would do you good. A good line of skirmishers to take shots at pricey units, that's soldiering.
