The next time someone tells you that, reflect on what you're currently doing and feeling in that moment and how your emotional energy is negatively affecting the environment around you. You can be mad or upset at people and hold those feelings inside of you whilst validating them for yourself and still get your point across without making the atmosphere around you toxic.
