After I made the first comment while still watching you said AWA and I am like, you are coming to my state! Also I love Melagurimi. :D I've been to AWA once, but it used to be September and at a different location during my uni years til it got big enough that they had to move. Same thing happened with MomoCon down here too. I haven't gone to a convention since my anxiety got so bad that I ended up sick 2 two weeks, but I am from the Metro area so I am excited you are coming to one of the shows.
Texas con artist here! As far as Texas shows go I think San Japan in San Antonio or A-Kon in Dallas would be good for you! Ikkicon is a personal fav of mine but I wouldn’t fly all the way from Canada for it unless there’s something specific you want to do in Austin lol
You mention "friends" that go with you and sell. Just curious if these were friends you already had prior to crocheting and happen to do anime stuff or new friends you made after selling flowers?
