How easily can you remove a mount?

Not the easiest but can be done by heating the edges of the 3M adhesive and using some dental floss or fishing line to slide it underneath and help peel it off

Hello, I just ordered this mount. However I’m having trouble mounting the GoPro onto the mount. So I was wondering if you happen to have a link to this GoPro extension that you have shown in this video? The one that allows the GoPro so be pushed outwards a little bit
