8:55 that guy isn't lying, for most pickers I watch my favorite part is the picking and they just put pictures of comps up at the end, but my favorite part of a Froggy video is the insight into the reason you bought everything at the end.
One of the things I respect about Froggy Flips is that he helps advertise other businesses and he listens and motivates others directly and indirectly to keep enjoy their life in whatever they chose to do. Hats off to you sir.

That was a great drive you took. I have an Uncle who still lives there and 1 of his 2 sons (my cousins). Who live in Xenia. I used to live in Michigan in 1988, and they did too, I've visited there a couple of times after they left. I would like to go to visit Indiana, Ohio, & Michigan again? This time take my wife!
