Oh, Anthony wrote the lyrics for her. He did a brilliant job. That’s why Rachie’s covers are always so differently translated to other ones, because they want the syllable counts to be exact

I just realized both versions make different references to other Deco 27 songs. Rachie's being Vampire, and the original to HIBANA and possibly Ghost Rule
i think “it’s no dilemma” in rachie’s was also meant to reference the deco*27 song dilemma

Even caststation has scrapped the idea of an oc and has resorted to aging up Miku, or maybe this could be a mistranslation. And the only difference is that she has short hair. She even has the same hair color in the MV. Miku is anything you’d like to be, not to mention, she’s a software vocaloid, not an anime character. Every Miku in DECO*27’s song is a Miku variant. Not some random ocs that only now just started to pop up. The Miku Expo site doesn’t even state that she’s 16 anymore, it was only for marketing purposes, and was retconned. Regardless, the age of consent in Japan is 13, or 16.
Neither DECO*27 nor Caststation portray Miku as a minor, and at the end of the day, Miku is everyone’s OC.
Even if Miku is a minor, songs such as plus boy exists. Castation also has no relations with the song or affiliations with DECO*27. And the information saying her age and character look isn’t forced on anyone. And pure pure, is in fact a lyric. “Are you gonna do pure pure until you die” or “Shi pure pure heppen mo?”
So logically, that is Miku.

If the English version’s lyrics were a direct translation of the original, the lyrics wouldn’t rhyme or fit into the beat of the song or the syllables of the original. That’s why they’re different! Although, Rachie mentioned in the description of her cover that, essentially, she changed the meaning of some lyrics a bit.
