This channel is doing such a great work in providing us quality videos but has so less views i wish some of there recent videos also get viral to build a very good amount of average views per video ratio. BTW 2:34 I am amazed by this fact, i just assumed it to be spread across Indian subcontinent but this is such a huge empire. Just to double check can someone please tell the reference for this information, where was it mentioned ?

I used to think that Jambudweep means Jammu-dweep, dweep below the Jammu (from Jammu -Kashmir) but today I got to know that jambu means Jamun👌👌👍👍
according to Sadhguru India's original name was Bharat and the king in Mahabharat called Bharat was named after the country's name not the other way around.

Jambudweep info is not correct. Bhagvata purana mentions " jambudweep bharat khand" and this doesn't relate to jamun at all !🤨

ur research sucks, so many inaccuracies just to create a narrative, the story of how bharat got its name is not from any hindu text but from literature by kalidas, and aryavarta name was a region in Magadha region, which was conquered by emerging gupta empire which was also from Magadha region, so Aryavarta is another name for Magadha region, modern day UP MP Bihar, all ancient indian histroy and culture are from this Ganga Valley region / Magadha region

But still in conclusion i would say that aryan invasion time as well as theory is incorrect. It was not in 1900-1500BC rather a long time migration after the end of ice age nearely 9000BC. We north Indian are not Aryan . Many tribes were living in india at the time of aryans migration. They mixed with us So we have some DNA of aryans.
Similarly south indians too have some aryan genes. Some have higher percentage and some have less. Vijay(tamil actor in movie Beast) have less genes of aryans, but Stalin(CM of tamil nadu) has dominant gene of aryan. No body is native to this holy land. Even tamils are believed to have come from the elamite race in middle east.
