This was quite an emotional comic dub. But Tails, listen, Sonic was never trying to treat you like a little child. He was only doing his best to protect you and everyone else because he doesn't wanna see any of you guys getting hurt or killed in a nasty battle. Plus he's even said before in the past that he'd never be able to forgive himself if something truly horrible ever were to happen to you or any of your other friends. Just please try to keep that in mind. But at the end of the dub it was very sad when Tails said that Sonic had died.

It’s sad so much pressure put on Sonic’s shoulders when he’s fighting Eggman not only keeping civilians and his friends safe but his own safety as well. Everyone looks up to him and knows if he falls then everyone else does too.
I've always wanted a story where Tails has grown up and actually surpassed Sonic in every way. Having Sonic die, as tragic as it would be, would also be the absolute perfect setup for that.

You should be very proud of yourselves, that was outstanding effort👏🏻 So sad that Sonic past away but this comic dub in a way teaches us to open up to others about your worries before things take a terrible turn.
