I love the idea that showing your hand in Mobian culture is so important, like a thing only best friends and loved ones due with each other or something.
What if, in this culture, fingerless gloves are treated like short shorts that women tend to wear. Maybe we have senior mobians complaining to their grand children. "Back in my day, we women couldn't wear gloves shorter than our elbows, and now your generation with those filthy fingerless gloves... makes me sick." Yes, I'm aware I've put too much thought into this.

I like to think it’s a personal and private side of them, like it’s to do with the fact that mobians are linked to animals and therefore have animalistic features, some have uses that are no longer fit for their society they’ve built. Like some will have claws, so they all wear gloves. I mean, ‘why show you claws if you weren’t planning on threatening or hurting someone with them’ kinda thing. It’s a sign of peace and conformity in a way. An acceptance and a mutual trust. And they’d only not wear them around people they trust not to fear them or trust not to be wearing them either.

I called him weak... he's had a grudge for nobody calling him weak ever since...
Reason why nobody usually talks about him is because instead of him being sad about losing everyone he's ever known... he gets angry by someone calling him weak... sadly unlike Silver who had a bunch of problems but got his character fixed... that didn't happen with Infinite...
