Ji bilkul rice me meetha nahi padhta lekin Shayad aapane Suna nahin maine kaha tha iske sath Jo chawal banaya jata hai usmein halki mithaas hoti hai jo vahan aas paas mansoori Naam Se aata hai lekin yah normal basmati rice ko humne banaya tha yah mithaas ismein nahin Hoti hai to ismein lene ke liye original zaika ke liye Maine ismein thodi si sugar add Ki hai taki chawal mein halka meetha a jaaye aur khane mein bilkul vahi wala urad gosht jaisa zaayka aaye... aur urad gosht waise bhi banate honge kyunki yah recipe Jo humne banai hai yah same Bawarchi style hai jis bawarchi se humne sikha hai jinka dekh kar Maine banaya unhone to aisi hi banai thi
Pehli baar kisi ne zeera ko sahi kaha hae, ( Seyah Zeera) yani kaala zeera warna Aaj kal to Log iss Seya zeera ko Shah Jeera ke naam se mansoob karte haen aur kehte haen ise Shah Log khaate thay, Waqai aap Lukhnow se haen iss me koi shakk o shuba ki gunjaish nahi ( Iqbal Ahmed from Airoli, Navi Mumbai / New Bombay Maharashtra India)

@@ZaikaeLucknow ziada masaledar khane kis tarah logon ki sehat ko barbadn kar rahe hen is ko bhi janne ki zarorat he kamal is bat me nahi ke zida se zida masale dal kar khano ko zaikedar banaya jaiy kamal agar ho sakta to ye hoga ke masale bhi kam hon ur khana bhi mazedar ho
@@MUNAVVARHUSAIN-cb3hq please you do not have to put too much of spices. I was born in Bawarchi Tola Lucknow When you boil daal Just add salt chilli powder tumeric powder and sliced onion and let it boil Alternatively you can grind all the spices into powder and then add to meat
