    Congratulations on your success so far 👏 You have the power of being willing to grind which is that magic piece that most people are not willing to do. Love the mindset too that is awesome! Mindset plus taking massive action, pushing harder when it gets tough, taking advantage of opportunities that you have put yourself in front of equals big success 🤓 lots of great lessons in this episode and looking towards the next one!

      @@alessandrathompson5195 Your super welcome! My wife and I live in Dubai currently but will be moving back to the USA next year and we will be buying storage unit complexes and multifamily units as well. Do you have a website with your deal that you looking for funding on? We are also open minded to investing in deals too and I love your work ethic and positive mindset of how you turn every obstacle into a great learning aspect with being solution based on what to do better. This is exactly how we are as well and it has blessed us with our success in life too.

    So.. She got experience and closed on a deal for a company... But does she own anything,Whether percentage or something, the deal aside from being involved in the underwriting? First time I post on a BP video where I felt like I got absolutely no information aside from being persistent and you can be someone's assistant...
    She went from owning 0 units.. To owning 0 units but working for someone who owns all the deals she's worked/working on?
    I'm missing something here

      Hey Jeremy and John! I am an owner and have a % in the deal. I have been involved in the process from acquisition, underwriting and asset management. For this deal and for others. Multifamily is a team sport and it all starts with gaining experience and taking action. If you’d like to learn more, I’d be happy to jump on a call. Thanks for watching!

    I’m curious on how are you able to find a property manager and how do you receive payment ? Does your agent set everything up for you ?

    • @zekesanchez5885
      @zekesanchez5885 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @wesleyPerez You can find property managers from good referrals from other investors or agents as well as looking into property management companies such as MYND. To set up a payment methods such as collecting rental income, you set that up yourself either through mailing systems through online payments and apps for collecting.

    Most, if not all these types of videos are about leveraging massive debt and loan stacking. The reality is you need to have a more than six figures annual income to even be considered for a second home loan, much less double digit loans.

    • @williamvea4418
      @williamvea4418 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you can stack your income by counting the rental income... but at some point debt to income will hit 40%

      Always good question - how to get down payment, and rehab money. From investors or her partner I suppose - must be if you don't have much money. She probably have a small % but it is good to own some units at least, and start scaling up once you gain more experience. I am watching a lot RE videos and will summarize what I have learnt later using different techniques especially with low money.
