An important note with the Innova products is that they have very little to zero product support/presence in the UK. After approx 2 years of heavy usage on my 5568 the cable started to split just below where it plugs into the handset. A short while later it gave up the ghost and split. The handset was perfectly good to continue using, but via Amazon I had to send away to the USA for a replacement cable which cost around £75 alone. As mentioned though, this is after very heavy multiple daily usage....As one of my spares I also carry the 3568 over the 3555A reviewed here, simply for the rpm function. In both cases there is a difference in build quality between the 3 and 5 series....5's feeling much more robust and better built.
