I don't know about the areas where those people are filming at, but where I live we have an abandoned insane asylum. Currently it's all boarded and shuddered up and is illegal to enter due to the danger of collapse, yet people constantly break in and "explore", so noises could very well just be another person in there with you.

there’s nothing i love more than enchanted forests but there’s definitely a consisten feeling of a presence more often than not when ur walking through one, probably because of the history and how absolutely massive and ancient the trees are. tons of people get a massive feeling of not being alone in the enchanted forests especially the ones in tofino and along the west coast of vancouver island.

The clip around 15:00 got a bit of a chuckle from me, because I was like, Oh a bear! "But it was about 7 feet tall and hunched over"...Like a bear! And on Vancouver Island? pretty much the most dense black bear population in the world? I grew up on the Island, you saw them all the time. In fact, we had one regularly visit our house so much we eventually named him Edgar. He was basically a wild dog in the neighborhood, where you'd see him just sitting watching cars go by. He broke into our garbage all the time to the point my mom had a war with him, building a bunker out of old fences to keep him away from the garbage. She eventually go to the point where she was adding Halloween props with motion activation to scare him away, then he got used to it and tried anyway...He was hilarious. Never really threatening and even had a silly encounter with my Mom where she went outside and heard a hell of a lot of noise as he ran to the single tree in the yard and "Climbed up it" when in reality he sat at the base of it with his arms wrapped around the tree like he had climbed it, huffing and puffing away with his beady little eyes glowing in the dark, hiding behind the tree. Of course we'd never intentionally get close to him but he was always a fun sight to see.

Some advice from an explorer, always have a friend, a phone and whatever sort of weapon you can legally carry. Personally I wasn't big on exploring until I had my CCW permit for my state.

When something really strange happens, you want to look at it with your own eyes, not a camera lens, so the camera drifts out of frame since they're likely filming with their peripherals, if they're thinking about filming at all.

I know what you mean 😏 lol I grew up in a very haunted house. You would hear this little girl singing in the Great Room (a pretty large room you walk into when coming inside from the front door) and then she would laugh and run down the hall, into the bathroom, slam that door and then open the door and run through the dining room and then up the stairs. The noise would die out after the fifth or sixth step. You can hear her running barefoot on the hardwood floors...we have carpet. However, when she lived there, there were hardwood floors. The little girl is my Aunt Jean that died when she was almost 13 by picking a pimple on her face (blood poisoning) We have quite a few relatives that haunt the house...very loudly too! We grew up on our family farm and in the same farm house. I have LOTS of scary things I could tell lol 😌
