If anyone at C&C Is wondering where all the views went. TH-cam has been a naughty boy and not pushing any of your videos into subscription or recommended feeds. I saw a Rover 827 today and I remember watching a restoration series on C&C and wondered if you guys were still alive.
Ive not had any videos from you in my sub feed since the video you did with Richard Brunning 6 months ago.

Please remove from your web site description concerning the bus a falsehood. The 'it is said' that McCartney 'may' have written Live and Let Die on the bus is a concoction by the owner, who has been told otherwise. He is the one doing all the 'saying' and he is the one implying this, because he wants it to be true. And it is UNTRUE. McCartney was not approached about the movie until AFTER he returned from the European tour and was continuing to record the Red Rose Speedway album. McCartney speed-read the novel and wrote and recorded the song in short order, in October 1972. Go check McCartney bios, like Paul McCartney The Life by Philip Norman, for example, as well as other publicly accessible sources about the song. That song was NOT written on the bus, so anything stating or implying that it was, should be removed.
This bus has an extraordinary and unparalleled vehicle history, in actuality. The owner should be satisfied with their own actual accomplishments and period of ownership, without resorting to embellishment, and especially with a particular embellishment about one Bond Film, when there is a stronger connection through a former owner, with another Bond movie, GOLDFINGER.

But, who drove the bus on that tour?

The vehicle was apparently provided with two drivers as part of the hire, by its owners at the time, Silverline Tours, a trading name of Halls Coaches. Recollections give one of the names as "Pat".
