It's extremely disturbing to think that you could be living in the same house as someone who's been plotting your murder (for nearly TWO YEARS in this case). 😧
I feel SO sad for Kyle. He was left inside that house for HOURS while his mother was bleeding to death and had no idea what was happening. I can't even imagine the trauma that caused him. And.. being non-verbal, he can't even talk about it. Just heartbreaking!
I can't imagine how the daughter must feel knowing that her baby's father killed her mother. It's scary how many crazy & evil people are walking this earth with us!

The worst insult you can do some people is to help them when they're down - though it doesn't sound like he'd ever been up.
What he did to Kyle, and what Kyle will go through for the rest of his life, is totally unforgivable
The part about Kyle still waiting for his mom breaks my heart 💔😭
A guy looked in his back yard and saw three guys breaking into his shed full of expensive tools. He calls 911 and reports it. He is told that all units are busy and they would send someone asap but it would be at least an hour. Call back if they come in the house or threaten you, otherwise just watch them and don't interfere.
Infuriated, the man waits a few minutes and dials again. He tells the dispatcher to cancel that report and send a coroner instead because he just shot all three burglars.
The astonished dispatcher asks for clarification then sends the situation out to the patrols. Within 5 minutes his yard is crawling with cops.......leaving the very much NOT shot burglars surrounded and caught.
Angrily a police officer said "you told us you killed these guys!"
He said "I know......and you said you were an hour away."

Evil can come in many different forms. Getting cameras can be easier said then done. I heard about this story before Mr Ballen did this. It was more in depth of what I read about this case. Kyle not being able to understand his mom was gone. It horrible all the way around.
I figured this out quickly. No problems arose until he moved in.
My theory is Jeff was not about his business which is why the wedding planner called Melinda about the financial situation regarding the wedding and his hatred of Melinda could of been she prolly questioned him about how was he goin to take care of her daughter and he didn't like it.
I saw this already but I love watching you guys reaction so I'm watching again.

What a story.....omggggg.....this could of been avoided in my opinion. I would of put cameras in and outside the house to catch who were the strangers. Now if no one was ever there , the cameras could of showed that. I feel so bad for the lil son who is waiting for mom to come home. 😪.
Now I doubt the killer was outside playing the stranger. Ya saw how big he is , he would of been easy to catch. I'm guessing it was all a lie just to kill someone that opened her home for you.

For real! You can only mess with a family so long before they start getting desperate and taking matters into their own hands. I don't advise violence unless there's no other solution, but there eventually comes a point where you might have to defend yourself when the police can't do anything for you.
My advice is if your in the US, make sure you live in a state that has castle doctrine, I think is what it’s called. It’s unfortunate that when seconds count, the police are minutes away 9 times out of 10. You have to be your own first responder.
But if someone breaks into my house in NC, I can & will legally shoot them if they are any threat. Ring doorbell cameras & cameras on lights help if you can afford them. Dead bolts, big dog & guns always help. Always lock your doors & windows, even 2nd or 3rd story windows. Door & window jams are nice too if you really wanna feel safe. Make your own with wood like I did or buy them online. Doors to the outside that have glass are a no no for me. If you want that get a real sturdy door & another glass door after that. You can also install apps on your old iPhones that will act as security cameras appearing off & locked while recording for in house recording, set it covering an area in an inconspicuous way, charging ideally & boom

Unfortunately, I live in Mass...pretty sure here someone could break into my house, slip on the stairs on their way up to kill my family, and then turn around and sue me for their injury because my property was unsafe lol. At least that's how it feels here in comparison. Gun and defense laws here are nutty. If someone in my town so much as SEES a gun, including legal open carry and hunters, you can bet that a huge percentage of people would be calling the police immediately. Gun is like a dirty word here. There are still a lot of gun owners and hunters, but they have to be really low key and have a ton of restrictions on what they can own and when they can use it. At least it isn't Cali...

I used to get so salty with 911 operators in stories like this too, then I learned that 9/10 times they have already sent help your way they are just trrying to collect as much info as they can just in case. Then of course you have the complete & total morons like the operator in the Susan & Josh Powell case. Dude was arguing with her saying she couldn't supervise herself blah blah we have to put emergency situations first blah blah blah Josh Powell blew his house up with him and his two boys 🤬 the fire trucks are there a new operator said..... Uhhhh biotch no they are not I am literally outside the house that just blew the hell up and theres not any firetrucks. I know i went off a bit but that case still angers me.

Don't lose your temper with 911 dispatcher doesnt matter how stupid you think the questions or whatever are. Help is already on the way, it's crazy how little people know about first responders and law enforcement while still talking about it. If you lose your temper you're just helping someone die or a house burn or whatever you're calling about
I don’t understand the majority of these stories, but I guess that makes me normal. Everything I do has a reason behind it and so many of his stories don’t really have any.
