I always thought those loading bays were actually customer car parking spots but this makes more sense. One thing that annoys me about lorrys is when they block the road double parking when doing deliveries, but it makes sense that it’s not actually their fault if cars are taking all the space everywhere
Loading bays are in general designated to goods vehicles for loading/unloading. I can assure you that most of the time when you see a lorry double parking, is because is trying to do a delivery, to provide a service, to help other people. Some inconsiderate people for example takes advantage of the loading bays by parking their cars there without having a job to provide/deliver to, just wasting everyone else time around them. Sometimes there are people that requires medicines, or something even more important to be delivered. Thank you

Sorry to keep commenting I just keep getting thoughts as I watch these I hope you can get away from pet shop deliveries because they seem to be a pain in the arse for location and the goods all come in tiny individual packages
