Hey! Maybe what can help is when you talk to yourself pretend you are talking to your friend. You wouldn't treat your friend badly nor would your friends treat you badly so why are you doing it to your own self?

I understand Holly. The only thing I can talk to boys about is computer games lol! I get that it is a huge achievement to talk to two boys if you are introverted, while you were describing it I thought I could never do that!
