    What a master criminal: smart enough to leave his phone home on his way to commit premeditated murder... but not smart enough not to commit murder.

      To be honest if this was before 2000 he might have gotten away with it at least for decades anyways. It's not the DNA that caught him he wasn't in the system, it was cellphone data and private home security cameras that caught him and placed him in the area. Not to mention the murder was so brazen and somewhat calculated. That most law enforcement officers wouldn't normally suspect a person like Robert Telles of committing.

It’s a bit hard to run around acting like an unhinged lunatic, create a public battle with a reporter who is simply reporting on your terrible conduct and then when that reporter ends up dead pretend it couldn’t have a THING to do with you!

    What was proven today:
    Telles leaving his phone at home while butchering his enemy was probably the ONLY some-what intelligent move he made.

      If it shows somebody ELSE had motive to erase his History it sure does...like his wife. If it was Telles he would have erased all of it. Somebody framing another wants a more clear indication something nefarious was going on.

    Was the Victims car checked for a tracking device. If the perps location apps were turned off in the prior month, he may have been tracking victims movements to help his plans and would want his own movements hidden.
