what are the hoses on the back of the valve bank? I know there is one on each side for exhaust and intake and then 2 for A and B on the front of each valve, but what is the hose coming from each valves solenoid?

Hi I just bought a baomain air valve and I’m kind of clueless. I have these two air cylinders and I don’t yet have tubing. I don’t know how to power the air valve so like could you teach me a little bit about it? Sorry if I’m bombarding you with questions I’m just trying to find out how these kind of things work.
@Fred Banditz Ik I’m late but pneumatic animatronics run off solenoid bank valves that connect to a computer via the computer lines which controls the movement via software
How did you even get a hold of him? Ive only ever been abke to find parts, never the whole animatronic (probably doesnt help that i dont live in America or anywhere where there is a chuck e cheese) 😂
The days these animatronics were designed were 70s when servos didn’t exist. Pneumatic cylinders were utilised. These are a lot quicker and cheaper than hydraulics. With the amount of work the servos will not last half as long as a pneumatic cylinder. And imagine the shear current that tens of servos will pull in a total show. Stick with pneumatics.
are you willing to sell this? I would love to buy it since I might only ask for money this Christmas Edit: if I do get money, I hope I have enough lmao
FNaF Isn't real... that is from chuck e cheese and before that showbiz pizza. And none of them can walk because they either have no legs or feet, or they are screwed to the floor. They also have nothing in their legs that allows them to walk.
Wow, I have that same exact compressor! Nice!
i watch ur vids
You do because you are in the same show, at Chuck-E-Cheeses
I love this this is the thing I watch 24/7!
I'm probably didnt listen well but what's that small box u connected the orange and blue air tubes to
Kermit The Frog a valve bank
Looks like chef pasqually isn't himself today let's fix it with a controlled shock
But first, a quick restoration with the: *M. A. M. M. A. M. I. A* kit!
@@Joaofelixgomeslins lol that’s hilarious
I wonder can this be use for a motion simulator as well
You can but pneumatics are not made for precise movements so it wouldn’t be the best

I believe they are exhust ports but when I blew air through them it seemed to be tied to the pressure port. I have to look more into it
maybe they are pilot exhaust?

ohhhh we have an asshole incoming.
Thanks for the help I’ve uhh been wanting to start practicing making some motion controls for a animatronic if I get to build one :3
Does your Pasqually still have his hi-hat movement and base drum movement?
I don't have an account.
I know nothing about it other than it exists and everyone used to want me to get on it. I was going to sing up, but the sign in asked too many personal questions for my liking.
Nope But I'm planning on adding them. It still have enough valves for it. My goal is to set it up to actually play the drums

Quick disconnects existed during the concept unification.
Do the cylinders use air pressure to move? No electricity running to the animatronic at all
Skywtaker Productions yes, just air.
@Hollywood Vine The cylinders move via air pressure, you dont need electricity at all for movement. Start at around 30 PSI
@Fred Banditz Ik I’m late but pneumatic animatronics run off solenoid bank valves that connect to a computer via the computer lines which controls the movement via software
I am at 4:26 so i think the different colors is to tell whats what
start at 28 psi and work up to no more that 60 on CEI bots
will you please link the tubing you bought?

By the way the voltage range on the valve is from 21.6V - 26.4V

Can u turn it back into door

My brain: FNAF 0_0
Carnt u just make it all electronic servos
Servos are not capable of moving heavy aluminum pieces, also they're too small and will burn out.
