We're definitely not the norm. I have low count (from 500k to 9 million depending on the month) but great motility (85%). Me and my wife got pregnant on the third IUI cycle two different times and on the first cycle another time.
Edit: each time we got pregnant we were at one and a half million or under by the way
U said above count and modility is before wash or after wash

My husband has low counts of 2.8 million before wash and his numbers are fluctuating. Does it worth asking the Dr to freeze his sperm and add several frozen samples to the fresh one to increase the number of sperms? We don't care about the cost. We are looking for the highest chance.
16 days no periods post iui no psitive urine test what should i do ? Presently taking dydrogestrone 10 mg thrice a day.
I gave the lab 10 . Then they washed it and it went down to 3.4? How is this ok

Unrelated to this video, but have you considered doing a video on your thoughts on fertility acupuncture? I'm two years into IVF and have spent a significant amount of money on acupuncture at my doctor's suggestion (to his preferred provider). Just curious if there is truly any evidence it helps. I do it out of fear not doing it could hurt my success rates, but the cost of acupuncture and fertility supplements has almost matched the cost of IVF itself! (Did see your video on supplements and have since stopped).

Are you able to do a medicated cycle (eg. Letrozole or Clomid) immediately after a chemical pregnancy, or do you have to wait a cycle?

Hi Doc, Me and my wife are trying for a baby. We are married from 9 years. My motility was on low side and count as well. Now sperm count is good 50 million but motility is 25%(this report is 4 months old). This month my wife got pregnant 1st time ever in 9 years but sadly it was a miscarriage of 5 weeks. Now she is almost done with his periods. Plz advise what is the best time again to try for a baby. Also what we can do to avoid this type of situations. Thank You
You should try for a baby ASAP as long as your ready and so is she but it is recommended to try and conceive as soon as possible your chances are higher if you try now ! Rather then wait good luck !
