You can block limo however you want, but limo has to be defeated while it is on a move, while it is driving. Just block until it has 1% HP left, then finish it off with a ranged strike, cast, or very long spear. e.g. My Mudrock's hammer nailed limo while it was on a move. Sad.
Famiglia Luxury Limos to explode directly means defeat the cars when nobody is blocking them like what I did at 1:23 and 2:39.

Retreat Gravel before the moment it explodes. If you are successful, then there won't be 3 passengers released.
