Hey Kevin, are the 3rd and 2nd last seats in a vrl I shift Volvo sleeper comfortable? Are they bumpy because of tyres being right under those seats or it doesn't affect the passenger at all?

Overall with volvo suspension you need not worry about it
You may try it from your end and see .
In the rear seat there could be a little engine noise rest all is good
